Ticket Terms

Payment, invoicing and personal data processing terms for registering tickets to the 9th National Ultrasound Congress.

1. Payment

The order is temporarily held when created, with the price locked to the tier in effect at booking. Please transfer the exact amount with the correct transfer message (order code) before the deadline shown on the order confirmation page. After the deadline the order automatically becomes Expired; if you transferred after the deadline, please contact the Secretariat for manual confirmation.

2. VAT invoice

The VAT invoice (if requested) is issued using the company details entered on the registration. Please double check the company name, tax code, address and invoice email before submitting; the invoice cannot be reissued for incorrect details.

3. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Policy on changing a delegate's name, cancelling an order and refunds: to be updated by the Organizing Committee.

4. Personal data processing

Delegate information (full name, date of birth, workplace, contact details, uploaded documents) is collected by the Organizing Committee of the 9th National Ultrasound Congress to confirm registration, issue CME credit and process check-in at the congress; it is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with third parties outside the purpose of organising the congress.
